License Terms


By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the product, you agree to the terms described below.


License Types


Regular License

The Regular License is intended for businesses or individuals who use the software internally and do not charge end users to access the CRM.

Includes:

  • Can be used for a single instance
  • Can be used on a single domain or subdomain
  • Lifetime access
  • Free updates
  • One-time payment
  • 6 months of support


Extended License

The Extended License is intended for businesses that provide the CRM as a paid service or charge end users to access or use the software.

Includes:

  • Can be used for multiple instances
  • Can be used on multiple subdomains under a single primary domain
  • Lifetime access
  • Free updates
  • One-time payment
  • 6 months of support


What You Can Do

Under a valid license, you may:

  • Install and use the product according to the limits of your purchased license.
  • Setup the product for yourself or for one client.
  • Transfer or sell that single End Product to your clien. Once transferred, the license belongs to your client.
  • Modify, customize, or extend the software to meet your requirements.
  • Combine the software with your own code or other works to create a customized End Product.

What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Use the product for more End Products than your license allows without purchasing additional licenses.
  • Share, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the source code.
  • Redistribute the product as a standalone item, template, starter kit, framework, or development tool.
  • Include the product or its source files in another product intended for resale or redistribution.
  • Make the product available for download, whether free or paid.
  • Claim ownership of the original software or source code.


Support

Both license types include 6 months of support from the purchase date.


Support includes:

  • Bug fixes
  • Help with documented features
  • Answers to product-related questions

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • New feature implementation
  • Third-party software support
  • Installation service
  • Custom integrations


License Violations

Any use of the product that violates these license terms may result in suspension of support, cancellation of updates, termination of the license, or other legal action where applicable.
